How come?” tab_id=”1611890832988-b213691a-f180″][vc_column_text]A: This is a very common thing to be expected, since a computer monitor uses a color spectrum that is different then any colors that can be achieved using actual inks (RGB mode vs. CMYK mode). Usually this is something that is unnoticeable until you actually compare it to a screen proof, however our designs originate in print ready mode, so the color contrast is usually extremely close from proof to printed product. That being said, with the nature of our printing process we cannot guarantee color accuracy.

What do I do?” tab_id=”1611891464834-a8748b8f-4a49″][vc_column_text]A: If the box was damaged upon arrival, it is very important you immediately notify your shipping carrier of any damage. It is important that you preserve the box in the condition it arrived in and do not use the product, so the shipping carrier may be able to send a representative to inspect the box.
